SūmerSports Draft Day Giveaway – Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR OTHER CONSIDERATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. ODDS OF WINNING WILL DEPEND ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ENTRIES RECEIVED. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. THESE RULES GOVERN ALL ASPECTS OF PARTICIPATION AND PRIZES AWARDED.
This Sweepstakes is sponsored by SūmerSports LLC ("Sponsor").
- Eligibility
The SūmerSports Draft Day Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") is open only to individuals that are physically present in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in all U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
- Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on April 23, 2026, at 7:00 PM EST and ends at 11:59 PM EST on April 25, 2026 ("Sweepstakes Period").
- How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete all three of the following actions on X (Twitter) during the Sweepstakes Period:
(a) Follow @SumerSports on X: 1 entry.
(b) Repost the official SūmerSports Draft Show post on X: 1 entry.
(c) Reply to the official SūmerSports Draft Show post on X with your answer to "Who do you want your team to draft?": 1 entry.
Maximum of 3 entries per person. To be eligible to receive a prize, winners must have their X direct message settings open at the time of winner notification. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications of the Sweepstakes may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple accounts, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules of the Sweepstakes, your submission may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
- Prize
One (1) prize will be awarded, consisting of two (2) tickets to a regular season game of the winner's local NFL team. Tickets will be selected by Sponsor based on the best available seating within budget. ARV: up to $600 USD (including taxes and fees). Travel and accommodations are not included. Total ARV of all prizes: up to $600 USD.
The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash (except where a cash option is required by law). Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
- Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. Drawing will occur on or before May 1, 2026. The winner will be notified via direct message on X by 3:00 PM EST on May 1, 2026.
The winner must respond within 24 hours of notification. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture of the prize and an alternate winner will be selected.
- General Conditions
By entering, participants accept and agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these rules.
Sponsor assumes no responsibility and disclaims any liability for technical issues, late or misdirected entries, or any other errors or failures of any kind.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes at any time in case of any extenuating circumstance or occurrence of other issues preventing Sponsor from conducting or continuing the Sweepstakes as planned in any material respect or otherwise adversely impacting the integrity and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes as planned.
- Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, by entering this Sweepstakes, participants hereby irrevocably grant Sponsor and its affiliates the right to use and publicly display such participants' name, handle, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation.
- Privacy
Sponsor's use of participants' personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be governed by Sponsor's Privacy Policy (available at https://sumersports.com/privacy-policy).
- Limitation of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for any injuries, losses, damages or liabilities of any kind arising from participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize. Participants hereby release, and agree to indemnify and hold Sponsor (and its affiliates, and their employees, officers and representatives) harmless, from and against any claims, losses, damages or other liabilities in connection with this Sweepstakes or such acceptance or use.
- Disputes
This Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By entering, participants agree that any and all disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in New Castle County, Delaware.
- Winners List
To request a winners list, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to SūmerSports, 109 Royal Palm Way, Suite 1, Palm Beach, FL 33480 within 60 days of the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Vermont residents may omit return postage.
- Social Media Disclaimer
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with X Corp. (Twitter) or any other social media platform or third-party service. By entering, participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to SūmerSports LLC and not to any third-party platform. Any questions or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed to Sponsor, not to any third-party platform or service.
