Burrow completed 34 of 56 passes for 428 yards with four touchdowns and no interceptions in the Bengals' 35-34 loss to the Ravens on Thursday night. He also rushed twice for six yards and committed two fumbles but lost neither.
Analysis
On the heels of a five-touchdown day against the Raiders in Week 9, Burrow nearly matched his stellar output Thursday while also recording a new season high in passing yards. The 2020 first overall pick connected with Tanner Hudson (three yards) and Ja'Marr Chase (67, 70 and five yards) for his quartet of scoring tosses, with the third to Chase leaving the Bengals just a point shy of tying the Ravens at 35-35 with only 38 seconds remaining. Head coach Zac Taylor opted to forgo a game-tying PAT and instead go for two points, but Burrow couldn't connect with Hudson on a play where Mike Gesicki also appeared to have potentially been impeded on his route. Cincinnati fell to 4-6 with the narrow defeat but Burrow remains one of the most prolific quarterbacks for fantasy purposes due in large part to his team's shoddy defense, a pattern that could persist in a Week 11 visit to the Chargers on Sunday, Nov. 17.
Burrow completed 27 of 39 passes for 251 yards with five touchdowns and one interception while adding three rushes for 11 yards in the Bengals' 41-24 win over the Raiders on Sunday.
Analysis
Burrow had a relatively quiet first half but did throw two of his co-season-high five touchdown passes in that span, one- and 10-yard scoring tosses to Chase Brown and Andrei Iosivas, respectively. However, the 2020 first-round pick would heat up in the second half, connecting with tight ends Drew Sample (two yards) and Mike Gesicki (11 yards) in the third quarter before hitting Gesicki again for a 47-yard catch and run with just under six minutes remaining. The five-TD output matched Burrow's Week 5 tally against the Ravens, and his yardage total was his fourth over 250 yards this season. Burrow and the Bengals face off with Baltimore again Thursday night in a key Week 10 divisional road clash.
Burrow completed 26 of 37 passes for 234 yards with one touchdown and one interception and rushed three times for 15 yards in the Bengals' 37-17 loss to the Eagles on Sunday.
Analysis
Burrow's day started off encouragingly enough with a two-yard touchdown toss to Ja'Marr Chase to cap off a 17-play march, but he wouldn't helm another drive that culminated in the end zone until well into the third quarter. With Tee Higgins (quadriceps) sidelined, Burrow targeted eight different players overall and connected with seven of them, but Mike Gesicki led Cincinnati's pass catchers with a modest 73 yards. Burrow also short-circuited a drive in Eagles territory with an interception on a deep pass to Chase early in the fourth quarter, his first pick since Week 5. With his team once again in a hole at 3-5, Burrow will next take aim at the vulnerable Raiders secondary in a Week 9 home matchup.
Burrow completed 15 of 25 passes for 181 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions in Sunday's 21-14 win over Cleveland. He added three rushes for minus-3 yards.
Analysis
Burrow and the Bengals' offense had nothing going in the first half, as he managed only 81 yards on 15 attempts while being sacked three times. While still far from prolific, he did manage a better second half, which was highlighted by touchdown throws of 18 and 25 yards to record his fifth multi-score performance in seven games this season. It is worth noting that Burrow has just 28 and 25 attempts in his last two matchups while playing from ahead, an indication that his production may be heavily dictated by game script moving forward.
Burrow completed 19 of 28 pass attempts for 208 yards, no touchdowns and no interceptions in Sunday's 17-7 win over the Giants. He added four rushes for 55 yards and a touchdown.
Analysis
Burrow got off to a hot start in an unconventional way, as he scrambled for a 47-yard touchdown on the Bengals' opening drive. The quarterback wasn't as impressive as a passer, as Burrow was consistently under pressure and struggled to sustain long drives. Entering the contest, he had multiple touchdowns in four straight games while topping 300 passing yards twice in his last three matchups, so there's no reason to panic over the lackluster showing Sunday night.
Burrow completed 30 of 39 passes for 392 yards and five touchdowns with one interception in Sunday's 41-38 overtime loss to the Ravens. He added one rushing yard on two carries.
Analysis
The five TDs were a career high for Burrow, and most of his production went to Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins, who combined for a massive 19-276-4 line on 26 targets. Burrow has a dazzling 12:2 TD:INT over the last four games as the Bengals' offense has ramped back up to its peak form, but the team has only one win in that stretch to show for it. He'll try once again to out-chuck his atrocious defense in Week 6 against the Giants.
Burrow completed 22 of 31 passes for 232 yards, two touchdowns and one interception in Sunday's 34-24 win over the Panthers. He added one rush for 10 yards.
Analysis
Burrow led the Bengals to three touchdown drives in the first half, two of which he concluded with passing scores. The highlight came on a 63-yard touchdown to Ja'Marr Chase, who picked up the majority of his yardage after the catch. Burrow attempted only 12 passes in the second half due to game script, which ultimately limited his numbers. However, he now has multiple scores in each of his past three games and has topped 250 yards on two occasions in that span. Things will get trickier for him in a Week 5 divisional showdown with the Ravens.
Burrow completed 29 of 38 pass attempts for 324 yards and three touchdowns (no turnovers) in Monday's 38-33 loss to the Commanders. He also added four rushing yards on one attempt.
Analysis
Burrow put together his best fantasy performance through three weeks, missing just nine passes in a high-scoring affair. Despite taking his third loss of the season, the Bengals' signal-caller likely earned some late-matchup victories for fantasy managers following Monday's gaudy stat line. Burrow is not far removed from back-to-back seasons with 4,475-plus passing yards and 34-plus touchdowns in 2021 and 2022, respectively. Perhaps this is the game that spurs an underperforming Cincinnati offense heading into a road tilt against the Panthers on Sunday.
Burrow (wrist) completed 23 of 36 passing attempts for 258 yards and two touchdowns while adding nine rushing yards on six attempts in Sunday's 26-25 loss to Kansas City.
Analysis
Burrow also committed a pivotal turnover when he was strip-sacked for a touchdown in the opening moments of the fourth quarter in a narrow loss to Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs. The LSU product saw a marked improvement in his fantasy score following a Week 1 dud against the Patriots. Burrow wasn't his sharpest from the pocket, watching his completion percentage regress to 67.7 following Sunday's loss. Cincinnati's franchise QB didn't visibly appear to be limited by his surgically repaired wrist, downplaying any concerns raised on social media earlier this week. Despite taking the loss, Burrow's stock is trending upward following a solid performance against a difficult opponent as the Bengals prepare to face the Commanders next Monday.
