McLaurin secured one of two targets for 10 yards in the Commanders' 26-18 loss to the Eagles on Thursday night.
Analysis
McLaurin was one of six Commanders players to record only one catch on a night where Jayden Daniels spread the ball around to nine different targets. The veteran wideout's reception and yardage totals were both season lows, but it was far from McLaurin's only low-output game. The 2019 third-round pick has recorded 22 or fewer yards on four different occasions this season, which he's offset with a quartet of 100-yard tallies. Therefore, McLaurin remains an appealing but somewhat volatile fantasy asset heading into a Week 12 home matchup against the Cowboys on Sunday, Nov. 24.
McLaurin recorded five receptions on six targets for 113 yards in Sunday's 28-27 loss to the Steelers.
Analysis
McLaurin delivered several splash plays in Sunday's loss, including a 54-yard reception on the first play from scrimmage of the second half and a 28-yard catch late in the third quarter. That helped him to his fourth 100-yard game of the campaign, and he's now hit the century mark or found the end zone in seven of his last eight contests. That makes McLaurin one of the most reliable producers at the position heading into a divisional showdown against the Eagles in Week 11.
McLaurin recorded two catches on three targets for 19 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 27-22 win over the Giants.
Analysis
Jayden Daniels only attempted 22 passes, lowering the volume across Washington's skill-position players. Nevertheless, it was surprising that Noah Brown doubled McLaurin in targets and four total pass catchers outpaced him in yardage. Despite the odd box score, it's hard to complain about the end result, as both of McLaurin's receptions went for touchdowns -- his second multi-score game of the season. He's now tallied 95 or more receiving yards or scored a touchdown in seven straight games, giving him remarkably consistent production.
McLaurin recorded five receptions on eight targets for 125 yards in Sunday's 18-15 win over the Bears.
Analysis
McLaurin caught long passes of 61 and 25 yards to top 100 yards for the third time this season and for the first time since Week 5. He was outtargeted by Zach Ertz but still holds the most valuable fantasy role in the offense. After a relatively inconsistent start to the season, McLaurin now has at least 95 receiving yards and five receptions in three of his last four games heading into a Week 9 matchup against the Giants.
McLaurin recorded six receptions on six targets for 98 yards in Sunday's 40-7 win over the Panthers.
Analysis
McLaurin had an impressive performance given the context of the game, as Jayden Daniels (ribs) exited after Washington's first possession and the passing volume was limited due to the blowout nature of the win. Despite both of those things working against him, McLaurin gained at least 15 yards on all six of his catches. His outlook could change if Daniels is set to miss a matchup in Week 8 against the Bears, but McLaurin has at least 98 receiving yards in three of his last five matchups.
McLaurin caught six of seven targets for 53 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 30-23 loss to the Ravens.
Analysis
While his longest reception went for only 14 yards, McLaurin was the go-to option in the red zone for Jayden Daniels, snagging a seven-yard TD in the second quarter and a six-yard score in the fourth. McLaurin has gotten into the end zone four times in the last four games, racking up a 21-317-4 line on 31 targets during that stretch, and he seems likely to post big numbers again in Week 7 against the Panthers.
McLaurin caught four of eight targets for 112 yards in Sunday's 34-13 win over the Browns. He added two rushing yards on his only carry.
Analysis
It's the second time in three games that McLaurin has delivered triple-digit receiving yards, as he continues to click with rookie QB Jayden Daniels. McLaurin has a 23-303-2 line on 36 targets through five contests, putting him on pace for his fifth straight 1,000-yard campaign. In Week 6, he'll take aim at a Ravens secondary that's been surprisingly vulnerable this season and that just surrendered a combined 19-276-4 line to Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins.
McLaurin caught seven of 10 targets for 52 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 42-14 win over the Cardinals.
Analysis
McLaurin gave the Commanders some additional breathing room with a 10-yard touchdown catch in the fourth quarter, which extended the lead to 35-14. Washington's No. 1 receiver has 152 receiving yards and two touchdowns in the last two games after posting just 39 yards without a touchdown in the first two games of the season, as rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels has started connecting with his top target downfield much more consistently. McLaurin will look to build on his recent success in a Week 5 home game against the Browns.
McLaurin brought in four of six targets for 100 yards and a touchdown in the Commanders' 38-33 win over the Bengals on Monday.
Analysis
After an extremely sluggish first two weeks with Jayden Daniels as his quarterback, McLaurin and the rookie signal-caller finally made some magic in a nationally televised showdown. The two first linked up on a 55-yard grab down to the Bengals' four-yard line late in the second quarter, and they then capped off a critical fourth-quarter march with a 27-yard scoring connection that essentially sealed the upset win for Washington. McLaurin now has boosted his season line to a respectable 12-139-0 line on 18 targets over three games heading into a Week 4 road showdown against the Cardinals.
