Our team is on the road once again, this time to Mobile, Alabama for the 2025 Senior Bowl! Here are some things that stood out on day one of Senior Bowl practice.
Aireontae Ersery, OL, Minnesota
Aireontae Ersery made an impression on day one at the Senior Bowl that was felt across the line of scrimmage. In one-on-one reps he shut down a power move from Mike Green, who is known for his speed. Later on, his quick hands helped him knock down a rusher. Speaking to Ersery after practice, he discussed how he studied all the rushers he was going to face before coming to the Senior Bowl and how he wanted to attack each one.
Asked Ersery about this rep. He said he has been studying the Senior Bowl rushers for tendencies and appreciates Green’s moves but felt very comfortable against Green’s power rush https://t.co/bhiBbW2exD

Talked to Aireontae Ersery about this rep after practice. He said after studying Jackson he was anticipating a quick long arm so he quickly went to knock it down with his inside hand to get him off balance pic.twitter.com/61JlJsIygP

Grey Zabel, OL, North Dakota State
Grey Zabel from North Dakota State had an impressive showing on the interior of the offensive line. Zabel showed a strong anchor, the ability to rebound after the defensive lineman’s first move, and the desire to be creative in cutting off defenders.
Some reps from Grey Zabel (77) from North Dakota State at center and right guard. He talked about wanting to be a bit tighter with his hands but loving competing in 1 on 1s pic.twitter.com/Et1WKqRlTb

Anthony Belton, OL, NC State
Anthony Belton popped out with a quick response to a spin move and even some reps inside. Belton hasn’t really taken snaps on the interior, but he did show the strength and quickness to hold his own. He performed very well in SumerSports’ AI metrics for pass blocking and will be a player to watch through the end of practices.
Asked Anthony about this rep, he said he could feel a spin coming on his initial set. Also took reps at guard where he hasn’t played before. Said he felt a bit weird but looked solid https://t.co/QMoscAPcNB

Josaiah Stewart, EDGE, Michigan
Michigan’s defensive line has been heralded since the beginning of the Jim Harbaugh era. In the first year without Harbaugh, multiple members of the Big Blue defensive line are slated to be selected early in the draft.
While Mason Graham and Kenneth Grant are currently projected to be first round picks, Josaiah Stewart sits around the 100 mark of the consensus big board. We could not avert our eyes from Josaiah Stewart during some of his plays. Running with the first team, Stewart created some difficult angles for offensive linemen to attack him, leading to multiple pass rush victories.
