This Sweepstakes is sponsored by SūmerSports LLC (“Sponsor”).
1. Eligibility
The SūmerSports Draft Day Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to individuals that are physically present in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in all U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
2. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on April 24, 2025, at 7:00 PM EST and ends at 11:59 PM EST on April 24, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
3. How to Enter
To receive up to three (3) entries (“ballots”), participants must perform one or more of the following actions on X (formerly Twitter) between 7:00 PM EST and 11:59 PM EST on April 24, 2025:
- One (1) ballot: Retweet SūmerSports’ official Draft Day Live Stream post.
- One (1) ballot: Like the same Draft Day Live Stream post.
- One (1) ballot: Reply to the Draft Day Live Stream post saying who you think will be the most impactful rookie.
Limit: One (1) X handle per person. Maximum of three (3) ballots per X handle. Participants must have their X or Instagram account set to public for a valid X ballot.
4. Prizes
Grand Prize (1 winner):
- Winner’s choice of either:
- Two (2) tickets to a regular season game of the winner’s local NFL team (maximum value capped below $600 USD including taxes and fees; travel and accommodations not included), or
- A $500 USD cash prize.
- Tickets will be selected by Sponsor based on the best available seating within budget.
- Secondary Prizes (3 winners):
- Three (3) SūmerSports Swag Bundles, each as follows:
- Nike Club Fleece Hoodie, Notebook and Pen
- TravisMatthew ¼ Zip Pullover, Notebook and Pen

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of all prizes: $1,013.50 USD
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash (except where cash option is offered). Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prizes become unavailable.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible ballots received. Drawing will occur on or before April 28, 2025, and winners will be notified via direct message on X by 3:00 PM PST on April 28, 2025.
Winners must respond within 24 hours of notification. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture of the prize and an alternate winner will be selected.
6. General Conditions
By entering, participants accept and agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the ballot process or acting in violation of these rules.
Sponsor assumes no responsibility and disclaims any liability for technical issues, late or misdirected ballots or entries, or any other errors or failures of any kind.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes at any time in case of any extenuating circumstance or occurrence of other issues preventing Sponsor from conducting or continuing the Sweepstakes as planned in any material respect or otherwise adversely impacting the integrity and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes as planned.
7. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, by entering this Sweepstakes, participants hereby irrevocably grant Sponsor and its affiliates the right to use and publicly display such participants’ name, handle, likeness, and submitted content (including photos of the draft guide) for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation.
8. Privacy
Sponsor’s use of participants’ personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be governed by Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (available at Privacy Policy | SumerSports).
9. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for any injuries, losses, damages or liabilities of any kind arising from participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize. Participants hereby release, and agree to indemnify and hold Sponsor (and its affiliates, and their employees, officers and representatives) harmless, from and against any claims, losses, damages or other liabilities in connection with this Sweepstakes or such acceptance or use.
